Founder bio

Shante M. Graham

Shante M. Graham is the Founder and Executive Director of Serenity Mentoring, a girls leadership and confidence development program based in Dallas, TX, inspiring young women ages 7–21 to walk boldly in their purpose since 2021.

Raised in Oak Cliff, Shante brings a deep love for her Dallas community and a belief in the promise of every girl. As an executive leader and mentor, she created Serenity to make room for girls to feel seen, supported, and equipped to step into their own stories with courage.

Shante holds a degree in Business Administration and Criminal Justice, built an 11-year career in auto insurance and 2 years in life insurance, and became a licensed life coach in 2023.

She is also the author of the I Am Serenity Affirmation Journal: “Declare it. Believe it. Become it.”

Confidence. Leadership. Sisterhood.

Serenity Mentoring supports girls ages 7–21 through big-sister-style mentoring focused on personal growth, confidence, and leadership, with virtual mentoring services available. Levels span Serenity Seeds at age 7 through Serenity Legacy at age 21.
